The ground rules for using this website and for requesting a quote from CK Prehung Door.
This website is operated by CK Prehung Door ("we", "us", "our"), a manufacturer based in Chatham-Kent, Ontario, Canada. By using the site, or by sending us a quote request or message through it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
We do not sell anything online and we do not take payment through this website. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell. Prices are not published because our pricing depends on the profile, size mix and volume of your order.
The quote list feature is a convenience: it formats the sizes and quantities you have chosen and sends them to us as a request for a quotation. Sending a quote request does not create an order, does not reserve stock and does not enter either side into a contract.
A quotation we issue is based on the specifications, quantities and delivery details you give us. Any period for which a quotation is held open, and any conditions attached to it, are stated on the quotation itself. Unless stated otherwise:
An order exists only once we have confirmed it in writing (by email or on an order acknowledgement). The commercial terms of your order — price, lead time, delivery, payment terms and any special conditions — are governed by the written quotation, order confirmation and invoice for that order, which take precedence over anything on this website.
We work to keep the site accurate, but please read product information as a guide rather than a specification:
Where your requirements must match a specific engineering or building-code specification, tell us in writing and we will confirm what we can supply to that specification.
Delivery dates we provide are estimates given in good faith. Where delivery is arranged by a carrier, risk in the goods passes to you on delivery, and we ask that you:
Units that have been cut, hung, painted, modified or installed are treated as accepted. Claims made after installation may not be possible to resolve.
Because our products are manufactured and cut to the specifications you supply, cancellation and return terms depend on the state of production when you tell us. These terms — including restocking charges on standard items and the treatment of non-returnable made-to-spec units — are set out on your quotation and order confirmation. Please contact us before returning anything.

When using this site, please do not:
The site may link to third-party websites — for example, a map service or a manufacturer's product page. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
The site and its content are provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the product information on it is complete or current for your particular application.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with your use of this website, or with any order, is limited to the amount invoiced for the goods giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, delay costs or labour costs. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and nothing here affects any statutory warranty or consumer right that applies to your purchase.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario. The courts of Ontario have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
We may update these terms as our website or our processes change. The version published on this page at the time you use the site is the version that applies, and the date at the top shows when it was last revised.
See also our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle the information you send us.
