CK Prehung Door takes its name from Chatham-Kent, the Ontario region we call home. As a newly established manufacturer, our goal is straightforward: deliver well-built interior prehung doors with the consistency and supply that trade customers need.
We are scaling deliberately — from starter monthly volumes toward several thousand units per month — so that as your order book grows, our supply grows with it.
Our production plan is built to expand as order volume increases.
Targeting ~1,000 prehung units per month as we establish steady production and quality routines.
Growing toward several thousand units per month to support larger distributor and builder programs.

Our facility is based in Chatham-Kent, Ontario — well positioned to serve the Greater Toronto Area and the 401 / QEW corridor, with the ability to ship across Ontario, Canada and into the U.S. on request.
